ss Emilie

Sailing the Danube River, the S.S. Emilie pays tribute to Viennese master painter Gustav Klimt. The vessel is named in honour of his beloved muse, Emilie Flöge, and features an Art Nouveau-style interior. Here, stunning high-gloss walnut veneer is combined with solid decorative frames and exquisite details. You will find floral and avian motives and soft pastel shades paired with rich materials, such as marble, oak herringbone parquet, glass mosaic walls, beveled mirrors with sandblasted decorations, plush custom-made carpets, silk curtains, stained glass doors and luxurious upholsteries in mohair and velvet. The lobby is enriched by a crystal palm-leaf chandelier, with a prominent portrait of Emilie providing the final touch.
